Dj Nehuén

Starting the tango journey in 2022, quickly developed a deep connection to the emotional and melodic side of tango music. His preferences lean towards the rich, expressive sounds of classic orchestras such as Osvaldo Pugliese and Florindo Sassone, as well as the more modern styles of Color Tango and Tango Bardo.

His dance training began with Eugenia Ramirez in an initiation workshop where, after having 2 dances with a stranger, he spent the next 3 days in bed reflecting about the meaning of life…

Months after, he was lucky to meet Mariano Galeano that, along with Eugenia, tapped on their tango passion to try get some of these things in Nehuén’s skull: Musicality, Fluidity of movement, and Connection with the partner… (The jury is « still out » on whether he actually got it…)

As if this wasn’t enough, he then crossed paths with Andrés Surra and, after seeing some of his amazing Tango Nuevo moves, a whole other level of craziness struck him…

I truly hope he makes it out alive of this tango journey and that you enjoy the evening…
